The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to bolster our company's visibility, influence, and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of conservative audiences, a keen eye for innovative marketing strategies, and a proven track record in scaling growth and audience metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and brand positioning.

• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

• Drive audience growth, views, followers, and engagement across social media platforms and other relevant channels.

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and audience behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

• Collaborate with other departments, including content creation, sales, and production, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.

• Utilize analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management, with at least 3 of those years as a people manager.

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the media and entertainment industry, preferably within conservative spheres.

• Exceptional understanding of marketing strategies, tools, and analytics, especially as they relate to social media and digital marketing.

• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
